TERMS OF SERVICE
Plain English, because the alternative helps nobody.
- Who you are buying from
- Bad Idea Tees sells print-on-demand apparel. Products are manufactured and shipped to order by third-party print partners. Placing an order creates a contract between you and Bad Idea Tees.
- Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and include the item only; shipping is added at checkout and varies by destination. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
- Made to order
- Nothing is printed until you order it. Production takes 2–5 business days, and delivery adds 3–14 more depending on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally take longer.
- Cancellations
- Because production begins shortly after payment, orders can only be cancelled before they reach the printer. Contact us straight away and we will cancel if we still can, and refund in full if we do.
- Refunds and replacements
- If a print is defective, misaligned, or the wrong item, send a photo within 30 days and we will reprint and reship at no cost, or refund you — your choice. You keep the original. We cannot refund for size or change of mind, since each item is made individually. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.
- Designs and content
- All artwork is original or built on public-domain and openly licensed source material, credited on the product page where required. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the designs. If you believe a design infringes your rights, contact us and we will take it down while we look into it.
- Acceptable use
- The humour here is deliberately blunt but never aimed at a person or group. If something on this site reads otherwise to you, tell us — we would rather hear it.
- Liability
- Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
- Changes
- We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
