- How long it takes
- Every order is printed after you place it. Production takes 2–5 business days, and shipping adds 3–7 more depending on where you are. Most orders land inside two weeks.
- Where we ship
- The US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most of the EU. Shipping is a flat $4.95 for the first shirt and $2 for each one after it.
- Tracking
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the print facility. If it hasn't arrived after 14 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it.
- Wrong or damaged prints
- If the print is defective, misaligned, or the wrong item entirely, send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint and reship at no cost. No need to return the original.
- Sizing and change of mind
- Because each shirt is made for you specifically, we can't restock returns for size or preference. Check the size guide before ordering — the fit is unisex and true to size.
